Terms and Conditions of Service.
Introduction
Welcome to Grade+ Tutoring and Grinds Services! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services.
We offer tutoring services, including online courses, one-on-one sessions, and other educational resources. Our services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability.
3. User Responsibilities.
Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to register and provide accurate information about yourself.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Conduct: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, our services by any third party.
4. Payments and Refunds.
Fees: All fees for our services are outlined on our website. Payments must be made in advance.
Please note that any bookings made for weekends (Fridays after 5:00PM, Saturdays 9am-5pm, and Sundays 9am-5pm) will incur an additional service fee. A 40% surcharge will apply to paid classes including prepaid packages, while a fee of €10 will be charged for introductory classes, which are otherwise free.
Receipts available for all packages, upon request.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
In the event of a cancellation of a class or grind within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or failure to attend, a fee equivalent to 100% of the lesson price will be charged.
For students who have purchased multiple or pay-in-advance packages, classes may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. However, any 'no-shows' or failure to attend within that 24-hour period will be considered a 'missed class' and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
'No-Show' and Missed Class Policy;
If a student does not join the scheduled online session, the tutor will remain available on the meeting link for 30 minutes. During this period, the tutor will send an email reminder to the student to check for any technical difficulties. Students are encouraged to reach out via email if they encounter any issues. If the student does not join the session within 30 minutes and has not communicated any problems, the tutor will close the meeting, and the session will be considered a missed class. Missed classes are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
5. Refund Policy:
General Policy: We strive to provide high-quality services and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.
Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for the request,
Non-Refundable Services: Fees for completed sessions, courses, and materials already provided are non-refundable.
Refunds on ‘Package Deals’ are subject to deduction of €15.00 per 'FREE Service' sent free of charge with deal due to property purposes of sale.
Processing Refunds: Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a certain amount of days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Intellectual Property.
All content provided on our website and through our services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Termination.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall the company, nor its creator, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Changes to Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
